1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

• "Kintru", "we", "us", "our" refers to the administrative and information service operating under the name Kintru, based at 55 Nimmanhaemin Road, Suthep, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand.
• "Service" refers to any of the administrative or information services offered by Kintru, as described on our website.
• "You" / "Client" refers to the individual or household engaging with Kintru for a service.
• "Agreement" refers to the written scope summary agreed between Kintru and you before any engagement begins.
• "Website" refers to our website at kintru.blog.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or engaging Kintru for a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Thai law. If you are engaging on behalf of a household or another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

3. Service Description

Kintru provides administrative and informational support services for households and families. Our current services are:

• Document Organisation Support (฿3,850 per engagement)
• Household Administration Service (฿6,300 per engagement)
• Blended-Family Logistics Workshop (฿11,550 per engagement)

Services are delivered primarily in and around Chiang Mai, Thailand. Remote delivery may be available at our discretion. We do not offer legal, financial, counselling, psychological or any other form of regulated professional advice. Our services are administrative and informational in nature only.

4. Engagement Process

Every engagement begins with an introductory conversation. If we agree that a service is appropriate, we will provide you with a written scope summary outlining what is included, what is not included and the total cost. No work will begin until you have confirmed agreement to that scope in writing.

5. User Responsibilities

When engaging with Kintru, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information reasonably required to deliver the service.
• Ensure that any documents or data you share with us belong to you or that you have the right to share them.
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Treat Kintru staff with respect throughout the engagement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, design, layout) is owned by or licensed to Kintru. You may not reproduce it without our written permission.

Materials we create during an engagement (folder structures, templates, index documents) are delivered to you at handover and become yours. We retain no rights to them after delivery.

7. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿). Payment is due before or at the start of the engagement, unless otherwise agreed in the written scope. We accept bank transfer and cash payment. We do not store payment card details.

Cancellation: If you cancel an engagement before it begins, we will refund your payment in full. If work has already commenced, we will charge only for the portion completed, assessed fairly and agreed with you at the time of cancellation.

8. Service Delivery Terms

• All work is carried out in accordance with the agreed written scope. Changes to scope require written agreement from both parties.
• We aim to complete engagements within the timeframe indicated in the scope summary. Delays caused by factors outside our control (including delays in receiving information from you) may affect that timeline.
• At the end of every engagement, all materials are handed over to you. We retain no ongoing access to your documents or systems.

9. Disclaimers

Kintru's services are administrative and informational in nature. We do not offer legal, financial, psychological, medical or any other form of regulated professional advice. Nothing we produce should be taken as such advice. You should consult a qualified professional for any matter requiring regulated expertise.

We do not make any representation about specific outcomes resulting from using our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Kintru's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, illness, utility failures or government action).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kintru and its staff against any losses, claims or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services.

12. Termination

Either party may end an engagement by giving reasonable notice in writing. If Kintru terminates an engagement for reasons not attributable to you, we will refund a fair proportion of any payment received. If termination is due to your breach of these Terms, refund entitlement will depend on the circumstances.

13. Confidentiality

Kintru treats information shared during engagements as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or with your consent. This obligation continues after an engagement ends.

14. Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve any dispute informally. If you have a concern, contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within five working days with a view to reaching a fair resolution.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the laws of Thailand and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai Province.

15. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the written scope agreed for each engagement, constitute the entire agreement between us.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it in future.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
