1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They help the site remember your choices, understand how pages are being used, and deliver a more consistent experience each time you return.

Cookies themselves cannot run programs or carry viruses. They are simply a lightweight way for a website and your browser to exchange a little information between visits.

Some cookies are deleted as soon as you close your browser (session cookies). Others remain on your device for a set period and are reactivated when you return (persistent cookies). The sections below explain which types Kintru uses and why.

2. Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies — always active

These cookies keep the site functioning. Without them, features such as the contact form and the cookie-preference panel on this page would not work. Because they are strictly necessary, they cannot be turned off from this page.

Analytics Cookies — optional

Analytics cookies help us understand which pages people find useful and where visitors arrive from. None of the data collected identifies you personally.

Third-party analytics provider: Google Analytics (analytics.google.com). Duration: up to 24 months.

Marketing Cookies — optional

Marketing cookies allow us to understand whether people reach our site through external advertising, and to avoid showing the same message repeatedly. We do not use these cookies to build personal profiles or sell data to advertisers.

Third-party providers may include Google Ads. Duration: up to 90 days.

Preference Cookies — optional

Preference cookies remember small choices you make while browsing — for example, a preferred language or a section of the page you have expanded — so those settings carry over when you return.

Duration: up to 12 months.

3. Third-Party Cookies

A small number of third-party services may place their own cookies when you interact with embedded content on this site. These include:

Kintru does not have direct control over third-party cookies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with.

Your Cookie Preferences

Toggle the categories below to choose which cookies you are comfortable with. Essential cookies cannot be turned off as they are required for the site to operate. Your choices are saved to this browser only.

5. Managing Cookies in Your Browser

You can also control or delete cookies directly through your browser settings. The instructions below cover the most common browsers. Note that blocking all cookies may prevent some parts of this site from working as expected.

  1. Open Chrome and click the three-dot menu in the top right.
  2. Go to Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
  3. Choose your preferred level — "Block third-party cookies" is a good middle ground.
  4. To delete existing cookies, go to Clear browsing data and tick "Cookies and other site data".
  5. To set exceptions for specific sites, use Customised behaviours in the same panel.
  1. Open Firefox and click the hamburger menu, then Settings.
  2. Select Privacy & Security.
  3. Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, choose Standard, Strict, or Custom.
  4. To delete cookies, scroll to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data.
  5. To allow or block specific sites, use Manage Exceptions in the same section.
  1. Open Safari and go to Safari → Preferences (Mac) or Settings (iOS).
  2. Click the Privacy tab.
  3. Enable Prevent cross-site tracking to limit third-party cookies.
  4. To delete all cookies, click Manage Website Data → Remove All.
  5. On iPhone or iPad: go to Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data.
  1. Open Edge and click the three-dot menu, then Settings.
  2. Go to Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data.
  3. Toggle Block third-party cookies if you prefer more privacy.
  4. To clear existing cookies, go to Privacy, search and services → Choose what to clear.
  5. Set site-level exceptions under Allow or Block lists in the same panel.

Most mobile browsers share the same settings structure as their desktop counterparts, accessed through the browser's main settings menu. For Chrome on Android or Safari on iOS, follow the steps above and look for Privacy or Site Settings within the app's main settings screen.

You can also clear cookies for all sites at once from Settings → Clear browsing data in most mobile browsers. Note that clearing cookies will sign you out of websites where you have saved sessions.

6. Your Rights and Controls

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) you have the right to withdraw consent to non-essential cookies at any time. You can do this by using the preference panel above or by adjusting your browser settings.

Withdrawing consent will not affect data already processed while consent was in place. Turning off optional cookies may mean certain parts of the site behave differently — for example, your UI preferences may not be remembered between visits.

You also have the right to ask us what cookie-related data we hold and to request its deletion. To exercise these rights or ask any question about this policy, please contact us at [email protected].

This policy may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
